CRM 2011 & BTS 2010 1/?

For Biztalk there isn’t any CRM Adapter 2011 like in CRM 4.0 (and this is nice because CRM 4.0 Adapter had a great problem – at this moment, if you wanted to have a Biztalk environment with more than one Biztalk Server - for scalability propose for example - you would find out that you can only install CRM Adapter 4.0 in one Biztalk machine and be force to change your architecture to stop using the Adapter and recurring to the CRM webservice) so you need to use CRM 2011 WCF endpoint.

The objective of this post (and the ones that follow regarding this subject) is to get the necessary information to see if I can create a POC (Proof Of Concept) that demonstrates the possibilities of implementing the following solution:

Basically the objective is to have a central node with Biztalk and CRM (Master Site) and several slave sites (that can be other subsidiaries of one company) that should have a Biztalk and CRM too. The link between master and slave sites can be online or offline and this should not influence the CRMs operations in the several sites. When the link came online the CRMs from several sites should sync their operations with the master CRM DB. The synchronization should be bidirectional. The slaves sites do not communicate between them, they communicate only with the master site. The main product here is Microsoft CRM, Biztalk is here with the objective of facilitate the synchronization process.
